WHO WE ARE

Sipho Chartered Accountants is a Level 1 B-BBEE Contributor company licensed to provide auditing and other non-assurance services. The company is 100% black owned and managed.

The company was formed to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the economic transformation laws and policies in the South African Economy in various service sectors which include auditing, taxation and advisory, and other opportunities presented by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA).

Sipho Chartered Accountants was established in 2016 as an audit firm which provides external audit, asset management, internal audit, bookkeeping, taxation, due diligence, company registration and trusts and business advisory services. We serve small to medium size businesses including big companies in the Gauteng, Mpumalanga, and Free State areas.

However, our services are not limited to the provinces mentioned as we have the capacity and resources to serve all provinces across the country.
