Sipho Chartered Accountants is a business venture dealing in auditing, bookkeeping, taxation, payroll administration, due diligence, company registration and trusts, corporate finance, training and other advisory services.

Our history

Sipho Chartered Accountants was established in 2016 by Stanley Sipho Mabena as an audit firm which provides audit, bookkeeping, taxation, due diligence, company registration and trusts and business advisory services. We serve small to medium size businesses including big companies in the Johannesburg and Ekurhuleni area. Our services are not limited to one province being Gauteng as we have capacity and resources to serve all provinces across the country.

The company’s history revolves around auditing, taxation and advisory services rendered to clients since its establishment. The company was established on the 29th of August 2016 with the start-up capital of R30 000. The company’s office is based in Brakpan where is rendering its services to its clients from different industries. 

Our company

The company was formed to take advantage of the opportunities presented by the economic transformation in the South African Economy in the following service sectors auditing, taxation and advisory, and other opportunity presented by the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA) and Independent Regulatory Board for Auditors (IRBA) for auditor rotation.

Sipho Chartered Accountants established in 2016 by Stanley Mabena is an audit firm which provides audit services, bookkeeping & secretarial services, taxation services, due diligence services, company registration and trusts and business advisory services. Sipho Chartered Accountants serves small to medium size businesses (under 1 million in revenue) in Johannesburg area, primarily in service industries.

The company has not had much history as it has been recently established to focus on auditing, taxation and advisory services. The company was established on the 29th of August 2016 with the startup capital of R30 000. The company’s office is based in Brakpan where is rendering its services to its clients from different industries.
